THE TREADMILL

It’s time for you now to step off the treadmill and escape the vicious circle. I use the term ‘step off’ because it really is as easy as that. You have already gone a long way towards changing your perceptions about money and debt. You now see that money is not a source of happiness and pleasure, it is merely the means by which you can acquire things. Those things should be a source of happiness and pleasure, but the money with which you buy them is nothing more than a tool, like the wrench that tightens the nut that enables a child to ride his bicycle.

In order to step off the treadmill, you need to keep an open mind. I’m going to strip away the mass of misinformation and the confusing fog of illusions that has created a society obsessed with money.

Perhaps you think I’m about to tell you to sell all your possessions and go and live in a cave. Not so. But I do want you to allow your mind to follow the exciting journey I’m about to take you on, free of confusion, pressure and stress.
